Will I receive drawings, layouts, or 3D designs?

No. The consultation focuses on advice and direction. Any drawings, layouts, or design work are part of separate design or execution services.

How long is the consultation?

Each consultation typically lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the project and the discussion required.

Can this be done online, or do I need to visit the office?

Consultations are available via video call as well as in-office meetings. You can select your preferred mode while booking your appointment.

What should I prepare before the consultation?

We recommend keeping basic project details ready, such as plot size, drawings (if available), budget range, and reference images. For ongoing projects, existing drawings or BOQs are helpful.

I am already working with a contractor / architect. Can I still book this?

Yes. Many clients book consultations for a second opinion, to review decisions, resolve confusion, or realign the project direction.

Will you coordinate with my contractor or existing consultant?

Coordination is not part of the consultation by default. However, this can be discussed separately if you proceed with further services.

Is this consultation fee adjustable if I hire you for full services later?

This depends on the scope and service selected afterward. Any such adjustment, if applicable, is discussed transparently on a case-by-case basis.
