12. Payment Policy
12.1 Payment Structure
Payments are milestone-based and generally include:
Advance at project commencement
Payment after concept design presentation
Payment during drawing development
Payment before final drawing delivery
Additional payments for site coordination or execution support
Work proceeds only after payments are received.
12.2 Late Payments
Delayed payments may result in:
Temporary suspension of work
Delay in drawing delivery
Withholding of drawings or files
Project timelines automatically extend in such cases.
13. Revision Policy
Reasonable revisions are included at each design stage.
Excessive or repeated changes after approvals may incur additional fees.
Major changes after layout or design finalization are treated as new scope.
Revisions after execution starts may cause delays and additional cost implications.
14. Project Workflow Policy
Projects follow a structured workflow:
Stage 1 – Concept Development
Client briefing
Moodboards or design direction
Initial planning concepts
Stage 2 – Layout Finalization
Development of plans and layouts
Discussion and revisions
Layout approval and freeze
Stage 3 – Design Development
Detailed drawings
Material and design coordination
Final approvals
Stage 4 – Execution Support (if applicable)
Site coordination
Vendor and contractor clarification
Execution assistance
Timelines depend on client responsiveness and payment clearance.
15. Site Visit Policy
Site visits included in the agreement are limited in number.
Additional visits requested beyond agreed scope are chargeable.
Site readiness must be ensured before visits to avoid wastage of time and cost.
Travel outside city limits may incur additional charges.
16. Execution Responsibility Clause
Indradhanush provides design intent drawings and guidance.
However:
Construction quality, workmanship, and material installation are contractor responsibilities.
We are not liable for contractor errors or deviations from drawings.
Material procurement and installation supervision remain contractor duties unless execution services are contracted separately.
17. Material Selection Policy
Material selections are based on design suitability and availability at the time of recommendation.
Market availability and price variations are beyond our control.
Final procurement decisions and quality verification remain the client or contractor’s responsibility.
18. Contractor Coordination Policy
If contractors are hired directly by clients:
Coordination support is limited to design clarifications.
Contractor delays or execution faults are not company liability.
Contractor selection responsibility lies with the client.
19. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership
All drawings, concepts, and visualizations remain intellectual property of Indradhanush until full payment is received.
Clients may not:
Reuse designs on other projects
Share drawings with third parties
Modify or duplicate designs without permission
The company retains the right to use project visuals for portfolio and marketing purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
20. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation
If the client terminates services:
Payments made are non-refundable.
Work completed up to termination stage shall be billed.
Unpaid drawings or work cannot be used.
Company Cancellation
Indradhanush may terminate services due to:
Non-payment
Repeated approval delays
Misuse of drawings
Unprofessional conduct
21. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for:
Contractor execution errors
Delays caused by external agencies
Material supply delays
Regulatory approval delays
Market price changes
