Since joining forces with our CEO, he’s been boosting team morale, keeping clients grinning, and somehow even increasing our productivity (we suspect his coffee-break cuddles have something to do with it).

Since the day Olive joined Indradhanush as our Chief Happiness Officer, the office has never been the same — in the best possible way. Armed with a gold medal degree from Paw-rchitecture University, Olive approaches each day with the perfect blend of charm, intellect, and tail-wagging enthusiasm.
As the youngest (and perhaps most celebrated) member of the Bhagoliwal family, Olive has already brought home an impressive list of laurels — including his proudest win: first place in the National Laurie Baker Competition, where his pawprints left an indelible mark on sustainable design.
But Olive’s expertise doesn’t stop there. His wildly colored passport tells stories of cultures explored, ideas exchanged, and countless inspirations gathered from around the globe. He channels this worldly wisdom into every corner of our workplace — whether that’s ensuring our team’s morale stays high, keeping client expectations perfectly aligned, or sprinkling meetings with that signature Olive magic.
